BIRD & BUTTERFLY PACK

Butterfly Bush

Fast spreading, often invasive shrub. The butterfly bush is a perennial has deep green foliage. The blooms of a butterfly bush vary in color from white to red or purple, and resemble lilac blooms. Butterflies will swarm to the brightly colored and fragrant blooms of a butterfly bush. Bees and oftentimes, even hummingbirds are attracted to the nectar of the butterfly bush.

Rose of Sharon

Perennial shrub. Blooms late summer to early fall. Flowers attract hummingbirds. Leaves appear late in spring. Sun or light shade.

Trumpet Vine

Deciduous vine. Leaflets are toothed. Stems are red. Flowers are orange -red.

Gray Dogwood

Grows up to 15 feet. Very dense green foliage that turns purplish in fall. Numerous small white flower clusters, 1-2 inches in diameter, bloom in mid June, giving way to small white berries in summer which attract birds. Grows well in average soil. Very good for soil erosion. Wet tolerant.
